Established on the 4th day of September 2019 and officially registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (RC: BN-2962916), Live Still Counselling Services is a trusted Nigerian-based mental health practice dedicated to delivering exceptional psychological care, emotional support, and behavioural guidance to individuals, families, and organisations.

Our core mission is to empower people with the tools and therapeutic support they need to live emotionally resilient and purpose-driven lives. We combine professional expertise with deep empathy to offer personalised solutions that address trauma, anxiety, fertility-related distress, grief, relationship challenges, career concerns, and much more.

At Live Still, our work is rooted in ethical practice, evidence-based interventions, and a deep respect for the diverse needs of our clients. We serve a wide range of populations—from children and adolescents to adults and corporate teams—through a variety of channels including one-on-one therapy, group counselling, soft-skills training, wellness workshops, and corporate mental health consulting.

Our founder, Nihinlola Eunice Olowe, is an experienced psychotherapist, certified Care Alliance Specialist, and a respected member of both the American Psychological Association (APA) and the International Federation of Fertility Societies (IFFS). Her leadership and commitment to client-centred therapy form the bedrock of our organisation.

Our Founder

Nihinlola Eunice Olowe is a certified and compassionate counselling psychologist with over eight years of experience delivering psychological and emotional support across clinical, organisational, and humanitarian settings. My areas of expertise include trauma recovery, fertility counselling, child and adolescent therapy, grief support, and behavioural interventions, utilising evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

Beyond clinical practice, she possesses strong research and analytical skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis tools like SPSS and Excel, providing data-driven insights that enhance practice outcomes. She is also tech-savvy and creative, skilled in graphic design (Coreldraw), content writing, digital content creation, and social media engagement—leveraging these competencies to promote mental health education and advocacy.

As a Certified Care Alliance Specialist and active member of the American Psychological Association (APA), International Federation of Fertility Societies (IFFS), and International Career Counsellors' Club (ICC Club), she brings a global and culturally sensitive perspective to my work.

Currently pursuing a PhD in Counselling Psychology, she remains committed to advancing mental health care through therapy, research, and advocacy, creating a sustainable impact across every sector I serve.
